Had a problem with upgrading from XE to SE. The client had created a bit of a mess during the upgrade and I had to clean it up first before attempting to upgrade to SE.

I was testing the upgrade for 11.1.0.7 to 11.2 and ran into a couple of problems which I’ll document later.

Patch 9405592 on EM results in ORA-04091, Trigger Mutation
